Love – Respect – Trust
Three principles guide everything we do with children each day.
Children learn best when
they feel loved, safe and respected.
At Hoa Mai, we believe every child develops at their own pace. Rather than measuring progress by how early a child can read or how neatly they can write, we look at the whole child — their happiness, confidence, curiosity and ability to express their feelings.
Our teachers observe before they intervene, ask before they assume, and guide rather than impose. Classrooms are thoughtfully arranged with activity areas where children can make choices, explore their interests and learn through meaningful experiences.
Parents are an important part of this journey. We maintain open and regular communication with families, so that home and school can work together to support each child’s development.
The foundation of everything we do at Hoa Mai
-
Love
Every child deserves unconditional love. Hoa Mai teachers listen, comfort and stay with each child through every emotion.
-
Respect
We respect each child’s own pace of development — no comparing, no pressure — so they can simply be themselves.
-
Trust
We trust that every child has their own strengths. Adults create a safe environment so children can explore and try things with confidence.
What We Believe
- Children learn best through play and real experience.
- Every child is an individual, with their own pace of development.
- Positive emotions are the foundation of all learning.
- Family and school must pull in the same direction for a child to thrive.
- Only happy adults can raise happy children.
